Henry, it sounds dated already. What you say the authors describe was the consensus on far right terrorism more than ten years ago. A lot has changed since then. For example, is there no mention of active fascist terrorist groups like Atomwaffen or The Order? As a side issue, white supremacists in the USA were an inspiration to Hitler. It's there in 'Mein Kampf,' so strong historical links already exist. Anyhow, it's very odd they don't go into the 'why' of violent extremism. It's not as if it isn't all laid out explicitly on the internet.
