Yup. It's Ah-nold. Arnold Schwarzenegger. AKA The Terminator—no first or last names, thank you very much. The Artificial Intelligence hunk who comes back from our future to try to delete us annoying humans for an internet upgrade called Skynet, the ultimate computer program that evolves into a self-replicating machine gone mad.
Sure, The Terminator failed, defeated by a woman who became her best self—savvy, brave, creative. But as our cellphones have taught us, there's always an upgrade we can’t stop from shaping our future.
And now we're clicking our way into Ah-nold's world.
That nightmare lurks in 2020's viral news stories about the 'Rona virus that looks like it’s going to kill more Americans than we lost in World War Two, in photos of today’s lines of broken-hearted unemployed, and in the soap-opera of dyed-hair, faux-GOP big shots machine-gunning law & order with lies via a tiny fraction of the big buck$ they conned out of supporters.
