I don't think it's failing. It's just going through all the normal phases of a violent conflict slowdown to shut down.
A violent conflict is not something thats turned off like a light switch. That holds true in Gaza, Ukraine, Armenia, All over Africa and elsewhere. Just because there is an agreement, doesn't mean 100% of the fighting magically and instantly stops. This has never happened it history and it won't happen now.
Media is just desperate for clicks and hyperbole and wild conspiracies sell! I get it it. It's business. Let's not pretend otherwise.
I sincerely hope you're right. But if the past is any indication, the deep hatreds, distrust and long memories on both sides of this conflict do not bode well for the agreement's endurance.

I see little hope for this agreement. It's already tottering. I'll be surprised if it sees the New Year.
